ATCL - Access

Ce qu’il faut faire:

Avant d’entrer dans les eaux territoriales libanaises : contactez la marine libanaise

(« Oscar Charlie ») sur VHF canal 16/11, identifiez-vous (bateau + position) et indiquez le type de bateau.

Si vous êtes à bord d’un bateau à moteur : rendez-vous au point de repère N 33º 54′ 00 ; E 35º 13′ 00, à 12 milles nautiques à l’ouest de Beyrouth, puis engagez un cap de 090° dans le chenal d’accès.

Si vous êtes sur un voilier : vous pouvez continuer directement vers la marina de l’ATCL (pas besoin de passer par le point moteur).

Gardez votre poste VHF allumé et à l’écoute pour d’éventuelles instructions supplémentaires.

Il est recommandé de contacter la capitainerie de la marina de l’ATCL avant votre arrivée pour faciliter la procédure.

Conditions spécifiques pour les yachts

Prévenez la « Jounieh Yacht Harbor » sur VHF canal 73.

Si le skipper n’est pas le propriétaire du bateau : un mandat est nécessaire.

Le bateau doit être muni de la déclaration des douanes du dernier port visité.

Les passeports ne doivent pas comporter de tampon israélien.

Frais à prévoir

Taxe d’entrée : 100 US$ par personne.

Taxe de sortie: 100 US$ par personne +frais de douane:15 US$ par bateau

 

 

ATCL - Access

Procedure for accessing Lebanon by sea

 

Due to the 2006 war between Israel and Lebanon, prior to approaching the Lebanese territorial waters, contact Oscar Charlie (Lebanese navy) on VHF channel 16/11. Identify yourself and state your position and the type of vessel you are.

Motor boats will be asked to divert to the following waypoint: N 33º 54′ 00; E 35º 13′ 00, 12 nautical miles west of Beirut. They will be asked to bear 090 in the course of the access channel.

Sailing boats will be allowed to proceed directly to the Jounieh Yacht Harbor (ATCL Marina).

Keep listening on the VHF for further instructions.

It is recommended to contact the marina Harbor Master prior your trip to Lebanon, so he can arrange your passage.

Conditions for yachts visiting Lebanon

  • Call “Jounieh Yacht Harbor” on VHF channel 73
  • Skipper must have a proxy if he is not the yacht owner
  • All yachts must submit a customs clearance from last port of call
  • Passports should not contain any Israeli stamps
  • Fees (subject to change without notice):
    • Entry: US$100.00 entry tax per yacht
    • Exit: Departure tax including customs clearance for US$15.00 per yacht and US$100.00 per person
